She got the colors from the border, which is a mardi gras fabric. She had that fabric for a long time before she finally decided on a pattern and chose other fabrics to go with it. I'm definitely going to make one of these!

Oh Pam that is just gorgeous! I love the way the black makes those vibrant colors pop...what an eye catcher. I agree with Sue...a favorite for sure!
