This is no fancy quilt work......just a panel that I machine quilted. It is made from flannel so it is oh so soft!! We don't use our credit card except for emergencies. Back in Novemeber I was in a quilt class, and I saw this panel. I fell in love with it!! I didn't have enough money to buy it, and it was the last one in the store!! So I whipped out my credit card and bought it. I worried on the way home that this "credit card emergency" wouldn't quite be the kind of emergency my husband would agree to. But I got home told him what I did, and he just laughed. It is crib sized. It is another UFO I had....but I finished the machine quilting and binding last week.
This would definitely qualify as an emergency in my book!! I love it!
Quilting fabric not an emergency ????? I can't think of a better use for my credit card lol. wonderful panel most certainly an emergency I think.
I understand about the worry over the use of your credit card.....but the presure was on and I am glad that you did purchase it . This quilt is so pretty and will bring you much pleasure for you and your family this next Christmas.......I love it ......Happy quilting...Boop
So many quilters have hubbies, just like this. Our hubbies all love us and see the joy we get from our hobby. This quilt will be a great joy to someone and you hubby knows that.
He also knows that you are not going nuts with your credit card, so you should also get lots of credit in my book.
LOL......it is reall pretty though.....kinda gets ya in the mood
