Now, Tara is the friend that isn't having a baby. (my daughter Mariah has three friends who will deliver before graduating) So, I decided to reward Tara with a quilt since I wasn't going to have to make her a baby blanket. We laugh but I really hope these young girls all best as they have a tough road ahead.
Tara is all about peace, love and happiness so we tried to make it "hippie" style. I hear it is now on her bed and she feels very special.
This is a great thing to have the new babies geth this pretty quilt. Single moms that are still in high school, that is a very hard start.
Kimmie, these are cute quilts you've made! The recipients of them are very lucky even if they are teen moms!
