Hi Kim,

Glad to join your group of friends.  I really liked your bags.  Very creative the way you make and sell them.  Hmmmm, I love to make bags, but haven't sold any.  Mostly I've given them to my daughter and daughter-in-law.  But they're like tablerunners, which I also love to make, they're instant gratification.  And usually pretty darn cute when they're done!  Keep at it.

You are very right, sometimes my attention span is not long enough to FINISH a full size quilt - thus UFO's, but I don't have any UFO bags or table runners! Someone needs to make the pretties, right? :D

Hi K,

I am new to the site also and am glad I found it.  Everyone has been wonderful in helping this ole lady learn how to chat and how to post stuff.  Are you like me and have several projects going at the same time?

Hi Granny!
Yes, ummmmmm, I have no idea how many project I have going right now, I really do think with the compulsive purchase of new fabric also comes the compulsive ability to jump off a project for a new one. Something about my attention span and all the pretty colors! Now, I could start projects and hire someone to finish, that would be the 'cat's meow'!! :D

Sue

CRAZY QUILT

Whenever we’re sick at our house,
Me, or Mugsie, or Milt
Mom feels of our head then says “Oh-oh, It’s you for the crazy quilt!”
Then she gets it down out of the cupboard And spreads it out over the bed,
And then we don’t mind being sick near so much Or having a tempachure head.

Bow Tucks Tote (sold)

Sold so fast my head was spinning!

I loved making this purse.  It is lined with pockets, which I would have kept it now!  Fun and easy to make.  The gal who bought it (for $65.00) is using it as a knitting tote!  She sends me material now, and I make her additional ones for her friends and family ($45.00 labor and additional materials).  I included the prices, cuz I know you are wondering how much this might sell for, well, I was surprised too! :D

Easy to make and you don't have to worry about water! LOL :D

My first project with Oil Cloth.  You can't pin the material, used hairclips to hold together while sewing.  It was fun and is fun to carry around on errands.  It is just big enough to carry whatever I need to carry!
