Welcome! I checked out Electric Quilt and found a penguine pattern for paper piecing. Surprisingly, not much in the way of frogs...but Sue's are really cute.
I'll start a new gallery with a jpeg of the penguin I found and see if we can get some more responses for you.

It is nice to meet you in cyberspace. I do have a quilt up on my profile that has frogs. The name of the pattern is on the write up. It does not have penquin's, but you could change one of the blocks out and put one in. I looked in Electric Quilt and did not see one, but Hobbystash really knows a lot more about Electric Quilt. She would know better. I did find a book that I have call "A Quilter's Ark" by Margaret Rolfe. There is a penquin in there but no frog. I will enter the book into our book list so you can see it. In the future, if you have any questions like this you can put it in your blog or even forums for more general questions. We will see them when we come on the site.
